How do I enroll in a course?
Open any course page, tap Buy, and pay with Paystack (M-Pesa, card, or bank transfer). Free courses enroll instantly.
Where do my purchased courses live?
Everything you've enrolled in is under Library. Saved-for-later items live under Saved.
Can I download lessons?
Yes — enrolled learners can save a lesson’s transcript and attached media on this device (Downloads). Plus/Pro advertise the offline_downloads plan feature; until that flag is enforced, enrolled learners can download when the MVP flag is on. Video over ~25MB stays online-only to save data. Progress syncs when you reconnect.

Why did my payment fail?
Paystack is the only payment channel. It collects M-Pesa, card, and bank transfer in Kenyan shillings. If a charge fails, open Transactions for the Paystack result.
How do refunds work?
Refund eligibility is described on the Refund Policy page. Open a request from Transactions within 7 days of purchase.
How do I top up my wallet?
Go to Wallet → Top up and finish Paystack checkout (M-Pesa, card, or bank). Credits land after confirmation and can be used for wallet-billed extras such as streak insurance. Course purchases, live seats, subscriptions, and tuition bookings use the same checkout.

How do I become a tutor?
Apply via AI Tutor Interview. Once approved, finish KYC and you'll unlock Studio to publish up to 50 courses on the Elite tier.
When do payouts arrive?
Request a payout from your wallet. Paystack sends a transfer to the M-Pesa number you enter. Your wallet is debited when Paystack confirms the transfer, usually within 1–3 business days.
What's the revenue split?
Tutors keep 85% of course, live class, and tuition payments. The platform commission is 15% on every plan. Tutors set their price. Paystack fees and affiliate rewards come out of that 15%, never from the tutor.
Live classroom
How do live classes work?
Open a session from Live. After you're allowed in, join with video or audio-only — the call stays on the classroom page (it does not send you to a random public Meet tab). Chat, reactions and hand-raise still work alongside A/V.
Do I need to pay to join?
Free sessions: anyone signed in can join. Paid seats: a successful Paystack payment for that session is required. Tapping Remind me / RSVP is not a ticket.
What can the host control?
Hosts can mute attendees, lock the room (block new joins), share their screen, and end the session for everyone. After it ends you'll see a summary with attendance count and a chat highlight.
Are live classes recorded?
Only when the tutor starts a recording and learners agree in the room. Enrolled learners can open it afterwards. If cloud recording is not configured, the tutor can upload a recording.
Account & safety
How do I change my role?
You can update your role any time under Settings → Roles. We support learner, tutor and admin contexts.
How do I report content?
Use the Report button on a post, course or profile. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24h from the admin queue.
